INFORMATION FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Authors* who submitted abstracts were notified by email on July 18, 2024 whether their paper was accepted as a poster.

Poster presentation

Please be present at your time at your poster for your poster presentation and be available for questions. Please refer to the program for your poster number.

The measurements of the posters are about 84 cm height x 118,8 cm width (horizontal A0 format).

Please bring a printed copy of the poster. There is no printer on site. The posters could be in English or German. Please fix your poster at the latest by 10 a.m. on your presentation day.

All poster presenters also have the option of making their poster available as a PDF for the congress app. You will be contacted separately from September onwards.

Disclosure of potential conflicts of interest

Please add to your lecture the information concerning the disclosure of potential conflicts.

Note:
Posters for marketing purposes or business presentations are not permitted. Employees of industrial companies are not allowed to present the lecture.

Registration and travel costs

Please note that the submission of an abstract does not replace the registration to the congress. If you have not registered yet, you can register here as an abstract author at a reduced rate. Please select the category "Abstract Autoren (Poster, Freie Vorträge)“ during the registration process. You cannot reimburse your travel and accommodation costs.

No-Show Policy

If a poster is without excuse on the annual meeting, the first author will be suspended on the next annual meeting for the registration of inputs!
